How to be filled with the Holy Spirit

Who is the Holy Spirit?
As we have stated previously, the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead of Trinity. The Trinity is made up of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a person, not an "it" or and impersonal "force".

Acts 5:3-4 show us that the Holy Spirit is God.
3But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? 4While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control? Why have you conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.”

What does it mean to be filled with the Holy Spirit?
There is a difference between being born of the Spirit (the Spirit coming within our spirit) and being filled with the Holy Spirit (the Spirit coming upon our spirit).
When the Spirit coming within our spirit means we are being borne again.
When the Spirit coming upon our spirit is when we are filled with the Spirit (the evidence for this is often that we begin to speak in tongues.)
